The Shertech Industrial Products Group and SHURflo’s Industrial Pump Group merged together in late 2008 under the Pentair Water “Flow Technologies Group”.  While the products under the Shertech and SHURflo Brands have not changed, the Shertech and SHURflo Industrial Divisions have a new name:  “Specialty Solutions – Shertech / SHURflo”.  Shertech products have not changed and are still manufactured and assembled in New Brighton, MN.   Ordering of products is still done in New Brighton, MN but Technical Support is now available through the SHURflo Technical Support Team located at SHURflo in Cypress, CA.   Currently for Shertech Technical Support you have called Shertech Customer Service, Hypro, or Direct to Shertech Technical Support..  The handoff to SHURflo Technical Support in Cypress, CA has already begun.
